Job Role

As a Business Solutions Architect (BSA) you will work closely with our Account Executives (AE) and Account Managers (AM) to lead pre-sales activities which will include discovery, scoping and presenting solutions to prospective and current customers. The BSA will also work closely with the Product Manager and Marketing Department to develop business use-case collateral and other marketing initiatives related to Report2Web in both Healthcare and other verticals. These marketing initiatives include but are not limited to webinar, customer events as well as call and email campaigns. You must be willing to travel 40-50% of the time during your employment with Redwood.

  • Lead pre-sales activities - work autonomously to design comprehensive solutions to meet customer needs which may include running workshops and pilots, conduct customer interviews and research, perform secondary research, seeking input from the Account Team
  • Create and present solutions to prospective and current customers, engage prospects to determine customer needs, demonstrate how Redwood can meet those goals and validate and deliver solutions to address business challenges working within corporate guidelines and business objectives.
  • Other activities may include attending sales related events, completing RFP\u2019s, managing Proof of Concept projects, writing Statement of Work (SOW) documents, and implementing service engagements when necessary to augment Professional Services.
  • Presales experience (5+years) with strong organizational, negotiation skills and the ability to effectively communicate complicated technical issues and understand complex enterprise architectures and landscapes.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to solve complex problems, think past the products and create solutions to meet the business\/IT needs.
  • Must have exceptional presentation skills, big picture thinker and able to visualize, verbalize, demonstrate and sell the solution.
